Walkthrough Wednesday: God of War III Hints and Tips

GOD OF WAR 3 WALKTHROUGH: If you find God of War III’s skull-crushing brutality to be skull-crushingly difficult, our God of War III walkthough, hints and tips cheat sheet should help you through. First order of business is the walkthrough itself. I’ll refer you to RajmanGamingHD’s complete playthrough of the game on YouTube. If you want to see everything on a single page, check out GameRanx’s compilation — consisting of almost eight hours of gameplay.
Of course, God of War III’s appeal (or tedium, depending on how you look at it) is partly in finding all the collectible items, which make Kratos stronger and more capable. GamesRadar has a complete guide to God of War III’s eyes, feathers, horns and godly possessions, with photos to help show you the way. You may instead wish to look at IGN’s guide, which has all the locations of these items on a single page, in simple text.
Beating the game unlocks a series of skill tests called Challenges of Olympus, and over at the GameFAQs forums, there’s a set of tips for getting through them. The GameFAQs board also has a guide to the God of War III’s platinum trophies, but be warned that it contains spoilers. And one more thing: If you’re feeling a little pervy, here’s how to reach Aphrodite’s Chamber, which contains God of War III’s sex scene. Because even pasty white, chain blade-wielding god slayers need to blow off steam once in a while.

move the pillar to the slot between the break of the stairs, and then move back to the disk in the ground and it will align the stairs to where you can climb the stairs and drop herras body in to the cup. once u do that move the pillar to the circle and then climb the stairs and there you go…. hope this helps!

After killing Hera, first burn the bushes, take the pillar with stairs on top to the opposite side of the fence so its facing the fountain on the other side. step on the fountain to activate the water. Then take the pillar with the stairs and slide it to the bottom right corner of the garden. If you stand on the circle that reveals the path if the gods (turns everything green) the pillar of stairs should create an optical illusion with the two surrounding staircases. Now, you can bring Hera’s body up the stairs to the last fountain. Finally, drag the pillar of stairs onto the panel that turns everything green. this will allow you to leave the garden and climb the path you’ve created.

Behind the left smashing spike, there's a wall you can climb up. Get on there as soon as the flames subside, and go from underneath to the front side, quickly before the flames come back.
Then, you can jump from the left set of spikes to the right one, when they smash together. Wait for the other wall of spikes above to subside, then jump up again, climb the wall in front of you, and slide over to the left. You'll see the high platform with the switch that'll let you out of the room.

im stuck in the dedalus cube thing im in a room that flips two ways and there is a cube that will fall. ive got the two chests on the lit up box but dont know how to get out, i see the icarus footsteps on the wall and can get on to that ledge when the room is one way but not there other. any help?

Who can tell me how to kill the warriors that keep hiding themselves behind their shields and poking me with their spears? I lost count of how many medusas I already killed but I cant seem to be able to make a dent on those guys. I am just out of that annoying part where you have to repeat the commands to create that lame song.
