You, Demon’s Souls and a Cozy Valentine’s Day World Tendency Event

If you’re fully committed to Demon’s Souls, and all its rigors, chances are your relationship has faltered, so why not ditch your Valentine’s Day date and kick it with a Demon’s Souls pure world tendency event? Forget the candlelit dinner, the wine, the chocolate, the flowers. You need souls on Saturday, February 13, and Demon’s Souls will help you get them with either white or black world tendency. You’ll recall that around Christmas, the game’s world tendency shifted to pure white, allowing you to access special places and new items that would otherwise require concerted effort from the very start of the game. Last Halloween, the game’s tendency went to pure black, again making rare items easy to find at the cost of more difficult foes. This time, a vote is in order.

“Since V Day is somewhat divisive, in that some people feel bright and happy and others not so much, we’re going to leave which way we actually shift to you,” says publisher Atlas. Currently, pure black world tendency is way ahead in the voting, so either people already got everything they needed from the white world during Christmas, or they’re just really depressed about Valentine’s Day. Head to the game’s official Web site and cast a ballot.
