Suda 51 Still Awesome in No More Heroes 2 Trailer
By Jared NewmanWatching the latest trailer for No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle, I’m left with mixed feelings. On one hand, the slicing and dicing on which the game is built looks awfully similar to the original game, except this time you’ll be able to weild two beam katanas at once. On the other hand, who can say no to minigames that blatantly rip off the 8-bit era? And when you hear Suda’s Japanese narration being overdubbed with a booming American accent, you know he hasn’t lost his love for the bizarre. The Wii exclusive should arrive in January, two years after the first game, which has been compared to Godard’s treatment of cinema. PS3 owners will have to wait for Kurayami. [via Joystiq]
