If you’re an old timer like me, the 80s was a glorious decade full of the joy of discovering video games and fond memories of being able to walk around in a jacket like the one pictured above without anyone on the street giving you a second look. You could probably have gotten away with carrying a framed picture of Mario, too! Now, you can test out how doing that would go today.

GameSniped found eBay auctioneer thethingsifind selling old-school Nintendo paraphernalia, including product guides, hats, and store displays. Most of this seems like stuff you would acquire working retail, which means the general public might be surprised by some of the items listed.

It’s not like you can walk into a store and buy a vintage Mario employee jacket. Or a Nintendo media kit. These are collector’s items for the nerds among nerds – hardcore Nintendo fanboys. If you’re among those numbers and have been collecting cash in real life (not just gold coins in video games), this massive Nintendo auction might be a good place to do a little nostalgia spending. You can’t put a price tag on childhood memories, right?

You can check out the entirety of eBay user thethingsifind’s collection here.
