Besides being a completely spectacular gunfest involving Spartan-like kicks to enemies’ groins, Bulletstorm is adding another reason to game when developers People Can Fly and Epic Games head online this Saturday, March 12 for some multiplayer action on PSN.

Here’s how you can get in on the action:

The North American event detailed on the PlayStation blog will be held from 12pm to 3pm Pacific Time (3pm to 6pm Eastern Time), to sign up simply add these PSN names to your friends list: bsdev13, bsdev14, bsdev15 and bsdev16. More names will be unveiled on Bulletstorm.com. The developer will then invite you to a game of Anarchy during the event.

In Anarchy, four players cooperatively whip, explode and blast waves of enemies together. By earning Skillshots, players can then purchase weapon upgrades and more gear. Players will need to earn the required Skillpoints to pass onto the next wave. So, it’s not just how you shoot but how cool you do it. My favorite part about Bulletstorm is straight up kicking an enemy into overgrown cactus. If it sounds weird, it’s because you haven’t tried it yet.

For a complete rundown of the event check out the PlayStation blog.
