So here’s why Reddit Gaming rules: I don’t frequent 4chan, 2chan or 420chan, but Reddit user anonypanda did some poking around, and found this, the most impossible game ever. Sure, it’s all in Japanese, but getting your ass whooped by dozens of flying objects with not even a health bar to stave off your death is really a universal language. I got as far as the third screen in the “Sushi Man” stage before deciding that this is not something that should occupy so much of my work day. You might feel differently, in which case I implore you to check it out.

My feeble attempt at tips for this sadistic exercise in old-school platforming: Select the second option if you want to skip the tutorial (I’d advise against it even though the whole thing’s in Japanese — you’ll need the breathing room just to get a feel for the controls). Hold “Z” to float upwards and press “X” to shoot. And try to memorize as much as you can, even where you stand on the ground at any given moment.
