Traditionally, July 4 weekend is a time for barbecue, beaches and reckless behavior with fireworks, but if you’re a gamer there are plenty of deals to keep you indoors. Here’s our round-up of this weekend’s best fourth of July video game sales.

Steam has been running a summer sale that ends on July 4. Notables include 27 games by 2K (including the Bioshock series and Borderlands) for $90, Saints Row 2 for $7.50, four Introversion games for $5 and every Valve game ever for $67.

Namco’s doing a big independence day sale, most notably with discounts on its classic games for iPhone, iPad and Android. It’s a $1 each for Pac-Man, Dig Dug Remix and Galaga Remix.

Impulse is having a PC game sale, including the THQ Ultimate Bundle — five games for $50.

EA Mobile’s got some iPhone games on sale, including Tetris for $3.

I’ve never heard of Danger Dodgeball for the iPhone, but it’s free.
