Buy an Xbox 360 Elite, Get a $50 Rebate

With the Xbox 360 Pro selling for $250, including component HD cables, the $300 Xbox 360 Elite wasn’t the best deal out there after Microsoft slashed prices. But until October 5, Microsoft’s offering a $50 rebate on the Elite model, which includes a 120 GB hard drive instead of the Pro’s 60 GB drive and comes in menacing black. The deal is effective later today and is valid for U.S. purchases only. A Web site with details will also go live to explain how to get your money back.
