Brutal Legend Songs Metal Out On Rock Band

Synergy! Next week, owners of Rock Band (distributed by Electronic Arts) will be able to purchase three tracks from the upcoming metal-inspired adventure Brutal Legend (published by EA). And if you buy Brutal Legend from Best Buy when it’s released on Tuesday, you’ll get those tracks for free. The tracks are “(We Are) The Road Crew ‘08″ by Motörhead, “More Than Meets the Eye” by Testament and, of course, “The Metal” by Tenacious D (pictured), because with Jack Black starring in Brutal Legend, it’s only fair to hype up his music. Says Brutal Legend designer Tim Schafer: “I’ve air-drummed to all of [these tracks] so many times, I’m sure I’ll be able to beat them on hard mode, no problem. Or at least on medium.
